The super fresh, natural raw seeds are then transported to Queensland where they are graded and hulled in state of the art facilities. The raw seed is then expelled to access the seeds’ precious oil. The byproduct, or cake, from this process is then milled to produce flour. Protein flour is then produced via a series of sieves during which hemp seed protein becomes separated from the fibre.
